Have you ever had a fall
bang your nose off the wall
have your brother take a marker
and he scribbles on your doll
everybody's yellin' at you
when you did nothing at all

Well yes I have I had a day like that
when every thing I did seemed to turn out bad
I got a bump on my head and a scrap on my knee
I think I really have to watch where Ifm going
Have your friends called to tell you
they don't like you anymore
cos you wouldn't spend your money on them
at the candy store
then you're goin' out to play
and jam your fingers in the door
have you ever had one of those days?

I was running through the kitchen and I tripped upon the cat
she scratched me on the leg I went crying to my mom
I think I really have to watch where Ifm going
Did you ever study hard
all the answers to a test
but the questions on the paper
are the ones that you forget
teacher stands you in the corner
with a hat on your head

I got out of my bed and started walking off to school
then I found out it was Saturday, Boy!
I think I really have to think about what Ifm doing.
