A 4 Men In A Tub Blast From The Past
2006 is the year when Councillor Vince Hall was having little get togethers with other council members. The meetings were refered to as "having tea" and chatting (or something like that). It may have been Councillor Hall himself who coined the phrase, "having tea". This is the label from the top of the actual box of Mayor John Morgan Teabags that we used in the 2006 show.
